Class Descriptions


BARRE

Barre incorporates elements of ballet, Pilates, and Yoga. It develops strength, stability, and flexibility by working the body symmetrically from head to toe. Modifications for all levels shown in class. 

BOOM

Exciting low-impact mix of movement, strength training and stretching, all done to the upbeat oldies we love!

BOOT CAMP

Challenging combination of cardio + strength training--  lots of variety and options offered for every fitness level.

CARDIO MIX

An energized mix of aerobics, step, weights, and core. Get ready to sweat!


CIRCUIT

Rotate through high-energy cardio + strengthening exercises. May include kickboxing. 

CORE + MORE

Targets the torso (including abs + low back) as well as the hops, thighs, and glutes.

DANCE MIX

A smorgasbord of dance fitness routines. 50's to disco to hip-hop, even Latin and international dance!
 

EASY DOES IT

A safe, fun introduction to movement. Learn the basics of low impact aerobics at an easier pace.
 


ENERGIZED LO

High-energy, low impact cardio workout, plus toning exercises and a cool-down stretch.

FIT CAMP

A varied cardio workout which may include step, kickboxing, or interval training- Modifications shown for all levels!

MIXED FIT

A people-inspired dance fitness program that is a mix of explosive dance and boot camp toning.

PILATES

Controlled precise movements to enhance core strength, endurance, stability, and overall flexibility.


POWERCORE

Targeting core designed to strengthen and lengthen the whole body. Focuses on balance and flexibility using a variety of tools. 

POWERSCULPT

Get ready for an intense muscle training workout. Use a variety of resistance training tools!

SIT & FIT

A motivational class using a chair to strengthen the body with attention to balance, proper body alignment and stability. 

STEP

A full hour of step choreography with Lori. Always challenging to the brain and body, always 3 levels shown!
 


STIXX

"Drum up" a different form of exercise...using drumsticks and physio balls, get ready to take your cardio, core, and strength workout to a whole new level. No experience necessary, all levels welcome!

STRETCH & FLEX

Lengthen and strengthen in one class. Tone your muscles and improve the range of motion in your joints.

TURBOKICK

Super fun, turbo-charged, kickboxing workout. Kick, punch, and groove your way into fitness!


TAI CHI

This traditional Chinese martial art consists of slow, gentle exercises designed to heal and energize the whole person: mind, body, emotions, and spirit. Proven to lower stress while improving respiration, balance, mobility and strength.


YOGA

Relax, refresh and renew with gentle yet challenging exercises for your body, mind, and spirit.

YOGA BASICS

Learn the basics of proper body alignment using blocks and straps. Gentle, guided format for beginners.
 

YOGA GROOVE

A mix of yoga including the use of light weights engaging core and freestyle movements. Come get your groove on!

YOGLATES

A fusion of yoga and pilates techniques plus resistance work- strengthen, tone, and relax!


ZUMBA

Hotter than the Mambo on a Saturday night in South Beach! A high-energy workout to Latin/international rythyms. 

ZUMBA GOLD

A kinder, gentler version of Zumba. Learn how to Zumba at a low-impact, easier pace!

ZUMBA STEP

A combination of the awesome toning and strengthening power of STEP aerobics with the fun fitness party that only Zumba brings to the floor. 

ZUMBA STRONG

High intensity interval training with the science of synced music motivation. Sweat your way to STRONG!
